Sharkeys traditional flame grilled menu now boasts a delicious ‘wonderful waistline’ section thanks to the savvy intervention of personal trainer and Sharkeys owner Komang Arnawa.
Komang rose to fame as a lifetime drug free athlete on the international bodybuilding stage. Komang’s personal commitment to health, exercise and nutrition has awarded him with 6 successive international body building titles including two of the highest honours in the sport; Pro World Champion and Pro Natural Olympia champion.
As the director of ‘bodiku’, Bali’s exclusive fitness management company, Komang regularly shares his knowledge of healthy eating practises with his clientele. Always one to lead by example, Komang modified the cooking methods at Sharkeys to offer customers the option of selecting delicious, calorie controlled dishes and support all temptations for second and third helpings.
